Taxi Transfers to Benidorm Prices

Is it possible to arrange a transfer from Benidorm to another destination in the surrounding area?

Yes, that's no problem. We can offer transfers to several different locations in the area, including CalpeJavea and Valencia Airport.

What is the cost of a taxi transfer from Benidorm to Javea?

A transfer from Benidorm to Javea costs €79 for up to four passengers. A minivan transfer for seven passengers costs €90. The 45-minute drive (45.8 km) takes you in a north-easterly direction, roughly following the coastline, along the AP-7 motorway. Once past the Altea Hills, the road goes further inland, through the Sierra d'Olta mountain range. A few kilometres further along, you will drive past the small town of Teulada, from where it's only 20 more minutes to Javea.

The journey leads you through the Sierra Helada mountain range, which can be translated as "Icy Mountain". But don't worry, you are unlikely to encounter any ice or snow - the name is said to describe the way the mountains look when viewed from the sea on a moonlit night.  You will come off the AP-7 at exit 64. From there you will take the CV-755 and the N-332 towards Altea and then on to Calpe.

Benidorm is known for...

  1. Its fantastic climate. Due to its sheltered location surrounded by mountain ranges, it has developed a very pleasant microclimate and is an ideal place for a holiday all year round.
  2. Being the "New York of the Mediterranean". Benidorm boasts the most skyscrapers per capita in the world, after New York City - many are more than a hundred metres high. The tallest of these, called "Intempo", is a striking twin tower of 202 metres in height.
  3. Sun, sea, sand, and nightlife. Nowadays, Benidorm is one of the most touristic cities in Spain. However, this was not always the case. Until the 1950s, Benidorm was a relatively unassuming fishing village with only a handful of hotels that catered mainly for Spanish holidaymakers.

Interesting fact

Benidorm was the first place in Spain that permitted women to wear a bikini on the beach, as opposed to a far less revealing swimming costume, which caused quite a stir at the time. This was thanks to mayor Pedro Zaragoza, who obtained special permission for his town from the Spanish government.

SolHoP provides great service. When we arrived, the driver waited for us even if we were late. And when we drove back to airport, the driver arrived on time. The customer service responses through email were also very quick and they answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. We will use this service again when we return.

ak_1357 (GR)

We were 5 people (inc. 3 kids) traveling from the center of Madrid to the Madrid airport. Given we had an early morning flight back to the U.S., we booked this taxi transfer. Booking was easy. The driver was very professional, on time, and the vehicle was very comfortable. I am glad we chose this service for an easy transfer at the beginning of a long journey home.

Carolnomad (GR)

The driver was really professional and I was delayed due to luggage issues so I called him and he waited patiently for me. The car provided was an upgrade and a nice surprise and the ride back was smooth. Nice welcome and fluent in english

TravelGuy0505 (GR)

We were 5 people travelling from our hotel in Granda to a hotel in Malaga. The booking process and journey were both very comfortable. The vehicle was on time and the driver was very professional and courteous. The 7 seater van was also of luxury class ( Mercedes).
