• Liability: Solhop covers only the cost of your booked transfer. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Passengers should have their own travel insurance.
• Luggage: One suitcase + one hand luggage per passenger included. Extra or oversized items must be declared in advance.

Solhop S.L. (“Solhop”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a registered travel agency in Spain specializing in private airport transfers. By booking a transfer with us via our website (www.solhop.com), you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
We provide pre-booked private transfer services from airports to destinations specified at the time of booking. The services are performed by professional licensed drivers and vehicles.
• Bookings can be made online through our website.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from Solhop.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details in the confirmation email. Any errors should be notified immediately.
• Pay-on-Arrival Bookings: For many destinations, you may choose to pay your driver directly in cash or by card at the end of your journey.
• Prepaid Bookings: For specific destinations, prepayment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner Revolut. Revolut employs advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. Solhop does not store, process, or have access to your full card details.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) where applicable.
• For added peace of mind, all online payments are confirmed with a secure payment receipt issued by Revolut.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund for prepaid bookings.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: No refund for prepaid bookings.
• If you have booked a pay-on-arrival service, no charges apply for cancellations made before your driver has been dispatched.
• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for booking and are normally completed within 7–10 business days.
• If Solhop is unable to provide your confirmed transfer (for example, due to operational issues), we will issue a full refund of any prepaid amount. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred beyond the value of the transfer.
• Changes to bookings (such as time, date, or destination) can be requested by contacting us as early as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
• Flight delays: We monitor flight arrival times, and your driver will adjust accordingly within reasonable limits.
• If you fail to show up at the designated meeting point without notifying us, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given for prepaid bookings.
• We are responsible for arranging your transfer as per the booking details confirmed.
• The driver is responsible for safe and professional transportation.
• Solhop is not liable for delays or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, road closures, strikes, accidents, or extreme weather conditions.
• Solhop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed flights, hotel costs, or alternative transport expenses).
• Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the transfer service booked with us.
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage in line with Spanish regulations. However, passengers are strongly advised to carry personal travel insurance for added protection.
• Customers must ensure they provide accurate booking information, including flight details, pick-up times, and contact information.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they allow sufficient travel time to reach their destination.
• Customers must ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey. Solhop cannot be held responsible for items left behind.
• Each passenger may carry one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Any additional luggage, oversized items, or special equipment (e.g., golf clubs, bicycles) must be declared at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse transport of undeclared or hazardous items.
• Child seats are available upon request at no extra cost. Please specify requirements at the time of booking.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are secured appropriately.
• Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transfer. We will investigate and respond promptly.
• If a resolution cannot be reached directly, disputes may be referred to the relevant Spanish consumer protection authorities.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
Solhop reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and apply to all future bookings. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly
